I am grateful every single day that I get to do what I love. For 23 years I have been in the holistic health field, in private practice. My mantra is “exploration, integration, transformation.”
I believe that Neshamah (Hebrew for soul) can be accessed and celebrated through conscious breath and embodiment. Yoga, therapeutic bodywork, and sacred chant have been my chosen vehicles to do that. Facilitating this experience for others is my passion and deepest honor. My purpose in this life is to be a humble, clear channel for Spirit, and a voice for healing.
I am blessed with a wonderful husband and delightful son, who also enjoy exploring spirituality with me.
I thank you for spending your time with this blog. May it create ripples of ‘tikkun olam’ – the healing of the world, one being at a time.
